| I am coming to the end of a Crazy but Wonderful weekend...I flew in early Friday morning and slept for about 4 hrs....got up and went to rehearsal....then the rehearsal dinner. The following I day watched proudly as my best friend committed his life to the woman of his life....Ruth Dolezal...it was a wonderful wedding, a great time of being with friends and seeing old friends!
The only downer to the whole day was stepping on a pen that decided to do cartwheels under my feet.....to make a long story short it went through my shoe and up into my foot, and we all know that that always feels great..lol not really....I am sure it looked humorous to everyone watching me dance around on one foot....but the only thing I could think of was "now who else would something like this ever happen to? no one...nope for sure this is a Tim thing!"
anyway short of a lil bleeding I am no worse for wear!
Tomorrow I fly back to Oklahoma and then it is back to the grind....but it has been a great weekend...got to meet and play with Tyler Varner....who is one of the cutest 2 yr kid you'll ever meet...well maybe you won't meet him...but if you did and you played with him...you would agree without a doubt!
I realized this weekend that even though I am not great with kids a lil older, the younger ones...you don't have to be good with for them to love you....which makes me automatically love them back....lol well I am rambling and my energy died a long time ago,

| life has been crazy, almost every weekend since I got back from the desert I have spent somewhere else, but God is good and I am learning to appreciate all that the Lord does for me more and more.
I recently just got new orders that might have me moving to Ft Hood, Tx but I am trying to get them deleted, but since they come from a General there is a very distinct possibility that that will not happen!
However even if i do move I am trying to stay positive about it, at first it seemed like a terrible thing but now I guess I really wouldn't care, because one way or the other I will be going back to Iraq, whether by volunteer or by direct order I will go back!
I am really kind of excited these days because I can see light at the end of the tunnel for me getting out of the army, and I can't wait.
I am excited about what the Lord has in store for me, and learning to be more content in what he has done for me.
Also just got approved for four day pass allowing me to come home to California for my best friends wedding, which I am extremely excited about!
Can't wait to see Mike and Ruth, and all of my family and friends at home, you all mean so much to me!
I just found out that on the same day I fly in my friend/sister Liz is gonna graduate....and I probably won't be able to make it for the graduation so that kinda stinks, I really would love to make it for that, but I am thrilled that I will be able to be there for my friend Mike, that is more than awesome in my book!!!
Well I have a room to clean and a bed to fill lol so I must go, but I hope you all have an awesome week

| These last couple days I have done things that I am not proud of, others that I am ashamed of, and yet others that I am completely unsure about....I am having to find out the hard way how exactly to just trust in God for grace in each of these matters!
I find myself wishing I could take words back...wishing I had said something else....and wishing I had been more patient...and wishing I had relied on God more...oh how true it is that hind sight is 20/20.
How I long for heaven where I no longer make mistakes, where I am no longer trying and failing to do right, where Grace is perfected in Glory, where the only thing that matters is Praising and Worshiping our God!

| Hey all so it has been a while I apologize, anyway we packed up all, or most of our earthly goods that we have been using this past year, and took it to the airport today and customs picked through everything, fortunately everything went well!
We start out processing in about 2-3 days and in about 4-5 days the new section will be arriving in country and we will start training them up....so that is the diddy on what is going on here, not much changes here.
the one constant here is for salvation for our soldiers...sure safety, but pray for Salvation first, and that those of us here who know the Truth would be bold to teach it, and that we will live it!
